Data covered by a request

A request may cover conversation data, contact details, vehicle information, attachments, and maintenance or parts-request details stored in Service Agent and customer-support records, as applicable.

Step one

Visit drautoksa.com and select “All our links,” or use the official-channels button on this page. Choose the official Dr Auto WhatsApp channel.

Step two

Send a clear message containing “Data deletion request” or «طلب حذف بيانات». Preferably send the request from the same WhatsApp number associated with the conversations you want deleted.

Step three

State the scope, such as all Service Agent data, a conversation, or a specific service request. Do not send a password or one-time code. We may request limited, reasonable information to verify your identity and protect your data.

What happens next

• We acknowledge the request through an official channel.
• We verify the requester and identify related records.
• We delete or anonymize data in systems controlled by Dr Auto, according to the request scope.
• We confirm completion, and requests are usually handled within 30 days.

Legal exceptions

We may retain limited data when required for legal or accounting obligations, evidence of completed transactions or services, fraud prevention, or protection of rights. Its use will be restricted to the necessary lawful purpose.

WhatsApp and Meta data

Our process applies to data controlled by Dr Auto. To manage copies held in your account or by WhatsApp and Meta, use the deletion and privacy tools those platforms provide under their policies.

If WhatsApp is unavailable

Use another official channel listed in the Linktree published on the Dr Auto website and clearly state that your request concerns Dr Auto Service Agent data deletion.
