Service description

Dr Auto Service Agent helps receive customer inquiries, collect vehicle and request information, and route maintenance or parts requests to the Dr Auto team. It is a support channel and not a substitute for an in-person technical inspection.

No final remote diagnosis

Information or guidance provided through WhatsApp is preliminary and general. Final diagnosis, scope, price, and timing depend on inspecting the vehicle, parts availability, and customer approval.

Visits and pricing

The center does not use appointments; visit during working hours. Preliminary estimates may change if inspection identifies additional work or parts.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information about yourself, the vehicle, and the request.
• Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or information unnecessary for the service.
• Have authority to share the vehicle data and documents you submit.
• Review request details and approve work and pricing before performance.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for abuse, fraud, unlawful or harmful content, system disruption, or unauthorized access. We may restrict service when misuse is suspected.

Third-party services

Some communication functions rely on WhatsApp, Meta, and other technology providers subject to their own terms and policies. Service may be affected by outages or changes at those providers.

Intellectual property

The Dr Auto identity, website content, design, and original materials belong to the establishment or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Limitation of liability

We use reasonable care to provide reliable information and service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free digital channels. To the extent permitted by law, Dr Auto is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on preliminary information before inspection or by third-party services.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update them when the service or legal requirements change, and the version posted here is the current version.
